- Basic drainage falls in the work area

- Pool builds or major retaining walls unless separately quoted
- Full landscape planting packages
- Outdoor kitchens with gas unless scoped with licensed gasfitter
How we stage it
Set-out → structure / posts → roof or cover → flooring → services fit-off → clean. We plan around weather windows for roofing and decking.
Good to know
Neighbour boundaries and easements matter. Bring any survey or DA notes to the site visit.
