How we scope a job

Every quote starts with a site visit. We measure, talk through how you use the rooms, and put inclusions in writing before any deposit. Electrical and plumbing that need a licence are done by licensed trades under our supervision.

Typical timeline (guide only)

• Kitchen or bathroom: often 3–6 weeks on site once materials are locked
• Granny flat / addition: longer — design, approvals, and build stages vary by council and site
• Full home: staged room-by-room so you can keep living here where possible

Weather, lead times, and council conditions can move dates. We update you when something shifts.
