- Vanity, toilet, shower screen or walk-in set-out, tapware
- Exhaust and lighting as quoted
What’s usually not
- Moving stackwork to a new location unless engineered and quoted
- Heated flooring unless specified
- Mirror cabinets or towel warmers unless in the quote
How we stage it
Strip → waterproof → tile → fit-off → glass/screens → clean. Waterproofing gets time to cure; we don’t rush that step.
Good to know
A second bathroom or laundry nearby helps while the main bath is offline. We’ll say upfront if the job needs the room closed for the full duration.
