Kitchen renovations

Layout, joinery, appliances, and finishes scoped for how you actually cook and move through the room.

What’s usually in scope

  • Demolition of existing cabinets and surfaces (as agreed)
  • New joinery, benchtops, splashback
  • Sink, tapware, and appliance cut-outs you supply or we supply as quoted
  • Flooring in the kitchen zone if included in the written scope
  • Patch and paint junctions to adjoining walls

What’s usually not

  • Structural steel or major wall removal unless quoted separately
  • Full house electrical upgrade (switchboard) unless scoped
  • Soft furnishings and styling after handover

How we stage it

Strip-out → services rough-in → joinery install → tops and splashback → appliances → clean and handover. You’ll get a simple sequence so deliveries don’t sit in the way.

Good to know

Lead times on cabinets and stone can drive the start date more than labour. We lock selections before we book the on-site crew.
